She was born in Boston, MA October 14, 1933 the daughter of Townsend and Helen (Holland) Byrne. She had been a resident of Bedford for more than 40 years.
She had been a Carmelite nun for 10 years and was a Dame of St. Gregory.
Suzanne was a retired educator.
She had been a member of St. Elizabeth Seton Church in Bedford for many years.
She and her husband had wintered in Ft. Lauderdale, FL for many years.
Family members include a son, James F. Crowley and his wife, Nancy, of Manchester; a daughter, Cristina Campo and her husband, Peter, of Center Conway, NH; five grandchildren, Kaleigh Crowley, James Crowley, Jackson Campo, Elena Campo and Sean Campo; a great granddaughter, Lilly Crowley; a sister, Sheila Betts of Maryland; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband of 41 years, John F. Crowley who died in 2005 and by a brother, Michael Byrne.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, October 10, 2014 in St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester. Burial will be in North Conway at the convenience of the family.
