Suzanne L. Mercier

Suzanne Lise Mercier, 64, of Manchester, died June 7, 2006 at the Elliot Hospital after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Richmond, Quebec, on November 9, 1941, the daughter of Conrad and Cora (Amnotte) Lachapelle. She moved to Manchester at the age of 18 after receiving her elementary education in Canada.

Prior to her illness, she had been employed by Velcro USA.

Suzanne was a member of the Columbiettes, Notre Dame Council 5113.

Members of her family include her mother, Cora Lachapelle of Danville, Canada; two sisters, Mrs. Andre (Micheline) Janelle of Asbestos, Canada, and Mrs. Richard (France) Gaudreault of Manchester; nephews and nieces.

A memorial service was held in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, corner of North St, on Sunday June 11, 2006. Urn burial was at a later time.
