Teresa V. (Dolan) Bodi, 91, of Manchester, died February 5, 2018 after a period of declining health.
She was born in Boston, MA on January 1, 1927 to John and Sarah (King) Dolan. She lived in Boston for many years before moving to New Hampshire in 1962 where she lived in Pembroke and Manchester.
Teresa devoted much of her life to raising her five boys. She enjoyed keeping up with current events, reading, traveling and trips to Foxwoods Casino with friends. She was also an outgoing person with a quick wit and a good sense of humor.
She was predeceased by her former husband, Alfred Bodi in 2015 and by six siblings, John Dolan, Mary Mulcahy, Helen Gedrich, Anna DiTonno, Barbara Dolan and Rita Dolan.
The family includes five sons, Dale Bodi and his wife, Jacqueline, of Hampton, Alfred Bodi and his wife, Christine, of Bedford, Brian Bodi and his wife, Brenda, of Concord, Mark Bodi and his wife, Marie, of Portsmouth and Steven Bodi and his wife, Maura, of West Palm Beach, FL; seven grandchildren, Brian Bodi Jr., Shawn Bodi, McCall Gosselin, Deirdre Bodi, Brendan Bodi, Evan Bodi and Andrew Bodi; six great grandchildren, Lindsay and Caitlin Bodi, Asher and Finley Bodi, and Piper and Bodi Gosselin; and many nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: There are no calling hours. Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Private burial will be at New Calvary Cemetery in Mattapan, MA.
