Teresa Doyle-Creamer

d. January 7, 2016

Teresa "Tessa" Doyle-Creamer, 58, of Hooksett, died January 7, 2016 at her home with her family at her side, in the arms of her high school sweetheart, after a six-month courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Lowell, MA on September 24, 1957, Tessa was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Teresa Ann (Gray) Doyle. She was raised in Lowell, MA and earned a bachelor's degree from UMass-Amherst. For many years, she lived in Hooksett with the love of her life, Steve Creamer, where they raised their family and hosted many special occasions in their warm and welcoming home. Together, Tessa and Steve enjoyed their visits to the ocean and time spent with their family, especially their grandbabies.

Tessa worked as a registered nurse at Mass General Hospital in Boston for 27 years. Second only to her family, she was most passionate about her role as a nurse and the many people she worked with who she adoringly called her "Mass General family".

Tessa loved a good book and even more so, treasured the time spent with the ladies in her book club, "The Fringe".

Tessa touched the hearts of everyone she encountered; and all that knew her, loved her dearly. She will be remembered as a compassionate woman, loving wife and adoring nana.

The family includes her husband of 35 years, Steven Creamer of Hooksett; four children, Casey Creamer of Tewksbury, MA, Jonathan Creamer and his wife, Joelle, of Hooksett, Lauren Podbelski and her husband, Nathan, of Wilmington, MA and Steven Creamer of Manchester; three grandchildren, Milla and Jonathan Creamer and Gray Podbelski; four sisters, Gail Nichols, Jacquelyn O'Hare, Maura Englert and Patricia Norris; two brothers, Stephen Doyle and Robert Doyle; and cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral ceremony took place on Monday, January 11, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 105 Windsong Ave., Manchester. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Dr. Suite 110, Bedford, NH 03110.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, Manchester assisted the family with arrangements.
