Teresa G. (Grosskreutz) Horgan, 56, of Derry, died July 1, 2017 at her home after a period of declining health.
She was born in Wisconsin Rapids, WI on April 22, 1961 to Wayne and Patricia (Gagnon) Grosskreutz. She lived in Wisconsin for most of her life before moving to Derry 18 years ago.
Teresa worked at Wal-Mart for many years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Horgan in 2015.
The family includes a son, Luke Grosskreutz of Derry; two grandchildren, Desirae and Collin Grosskreutz; her mother, Patricia Grosskreutz of Vesper, WI; three brothers and two sisters; and nieces and nephews.
A cemetery committal service was held on Friday, July 7, 2017 at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, Manchester is assisting the family with arrangements.
