Theodore Frank Michalek

Theodore Frank "Ted" Michalek, age 94, a US Air Force Veteran of the Korean War, of Spring Hill, FL, formerly of Candia, NH, passed away on June 18, 2026 in Brooksville, FL following a period of declining health.

He was born November 13, 1931 in Plainfield, NJ to the late Joseph & Veronica (Bock) Michalek.Theodore grew up in New Jersey, where he entered and served in the US Air Force during the Korean War from 1951 until his Honorable Discharge as an Airman in 1955.

Following his service he attended and graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Forestry.Prior to his retirement, he worked as a Purchaser for Stead Aviation. Previously he worked for the US Forest Service and the Public Service Co. of NH.

He is survived by a son, Michael and a step daughter, Susan Hall.. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Donna Michalek and his beloved partner of 37 years, Doris Nadeau.
