Theodore H. Smith

Theodore H. Smith, Jr., 71, of Manchester died January 3, 2022.

Born in Phoenix, AZ on August 10, 1950, he was the son of Theodore H. and Alfia G. (Chiarenza) Smith, Sr. He attended Manchester Memorial High School.

Prior to retirement, he had worked as a commercial boiler repairman for many years. Afterwards, he had worked for the Masonic Temple in Manchester for 20 years.

Theodore loved watching NASCAR, hunting, fishing and taking road trips, especially his annual Florida trip. He was very active in Free Masonry belonging to The Manchester Washington Lodge #61 since 1985 where he was a past Master. He was also a member of Grand Lodge of NH. He was also a member of the Bektash Shriners.

Family members include his loving wife, Jeannine R. (Bourgeois) Smith of Manchester; his daughters, Elaine Foster and husband Brad of Manchester, Christine Smith and boyfriend Gregg Riley of Manchester; his grandchildren, Erin Gillis, Bryce and Cameron Foster; his mother Alfia G Smith of Manchester; his siblings, Philip Smith and wife Tonya of Houston, TX, Edith Bruce and husband Robert of Concord, NH; Catherine Fichera and husband Steve of Florida, Susan Hershey of Tennessee; several nephews, nieces and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Theodore H Smith Sr. and his brother, Carl Smith Sr.

Calling hours with masks and social distancing mandatory will be Friday from 4 to 8 pm at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, corner of North St. There will be a Masonic service at 6:30 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
