Theresa F. Peloquin

Born in Manchester on May 17, 1925, she was the daughter of George and Eva (Forcier) Sauvageau. She attended St. George Grammar School and St. George High School.

She was a member of the Nepcia Women's Club, the Quilter's Guild, and was a longtime volunteer at the Catholic Medical Center. She was most recently a communicant of St. Catherine Church and had previously been a parishioner of the former St. George Church.

Theresa was predeceased by her husband Gerard O. Peloquin, a daughter Louise Sarette, two brothers Maurice and Bertrand Sauvageau, and two sisters Marcelle Sauvageau and Germaine Tkacz.

Family members include her daughters, Muriel Ouellette and husband Ronald of Manchester; her sons, Paul Peloquin and partner Barry Blaine of Manchester, Pierre Peloquin and wife Michele of Manchester; her grandchildren, Matthew Ouellette and fiancee Jennifer Reid, Mark Ouellette, Tina Longhurst and husband Jon, Jennifer Merwin and husband Troy; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Sauvageau and wife Pauline of Manchester; Raymond Sarette and wife Dolores; many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Hemlock St. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
