He was born September 13, 1952, in Hamburg PA, to Thomas and Edyth (Peifer) Schlear.
He served in the United States Army from 1971 until he was honorably discharged in 1974.
He worked for many years in shipping and receiving at Sanel Auto parts as well as Walmart.
He was a dedicated church member of the Christian Family Worship Center, in Manchester.

(Willard) Schlear, of Manchester; a daughter Allana Schlear; of Rumford, ME; a step-daughter, Cheryl, and her husband, Ron Fournier, of Manchester; a step-son, Jamie Demers, and his partner, Cynthia Bishop; a sister, Arlean Spade, and her husband Kenneth; a brother, Dereon Schlear, and his wife Brenda; a step-sister, Theona Woods, and her husband Bergeon, all of PA.; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins; he was predeceased by a sister Ruthy Schlear;
A grave side service took place at the NH Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH, on Friday, September 10, 2010.
