Viola M. Ferona

She was born in Lawrence, MA, March 12, 1912 and was the daughter of Ludger and Leontine (Lagasse) Gagnon. She had been a Manchester resident for many years.

Mrs. Ferona worked for Myrna Shoe Co. for many years.

She was married to Salvatore G. Ferona, who died in 1976.

Family members include a son, George J. Ferona of Manchester; two brothers, Raymond Gagnon of Salem, NH and Andrew Gagnon of Milton, NH; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday April 22, 2008 at Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial was in St. Patrick Cemetery, Haverhill, MA where a committal service was held.
