Violet F. (Carbonneau) Prospere, 83, of Manchester, died October 4, 2004, at Community Hospice House in Merrimack, after a period of declining health.
Born in Manchester, November 5, 1920, she was the daughter of Aime and Aurore (Marineau) Carbonneau. She was a lifelong resident of this city.
She retired in 1974 from RCL Electronics where she had worked several years.
She was a member of the Catholic War Veterans Auxiliary, Post 1624; Chapter 18 of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary; the American Legion Auxiliary, and a former member of the Sodality of St. Anne.
She was predeceased by a son, Richard E. Prospere.
Family members include her husband of 60 years, Ernest F. Prospere of Manchester; a son, David G. Prospere of Bridgewater, VT; two daughters, Susan Brisson of Candia, and Gloria Ullrich of Manchester; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a brother, Bertrand Carbonneau of Manchester; nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held Wednesday October 6, 2004 in the funeral home. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
