Violette "Vicki" (Lallier) Champagne, 74, of Pembroke, died April 24, 2018 at her home after an up and down battle with cancer.
Her death comes 19 days after that of her husband of 55 years, Arthur B. Champagne.
She was born in Manchester on June 24, 1943 to Noel and Alice (Dumas) Lallier. She lived in Manchester and Hooksett for many years before moving to Pembroke 14 years ago.
Vicki was a very social and nurturing person. She loved spending time with her family and friends and will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and an amazing friend.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her parents and two siblings, Ronald Lallier and Lorraine Boilard.
The family includes three children, Mark Champagne and his wife, Melanie, of Bedford, Lynn Jenkins and her partner, Catherine, of Hooksett and Kim Lehoux and her husband, Ricky, of Bedford; seven grandchildren, Matthew and Jessica Jenkins, Joshua and Jeffrey Lehoux and Johnny, Nicholas and Mason Champagne; a great grandchild, Aubrey Jenkins; and cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday , April 28, 2018 at St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester.
Private burial for Violette and Arthur will be at the convenience of the family at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester.
