She was born in Manchester, October 9, 1943 and was a daughter of Harry and Flora (St. Onge) Lorranger. She graduated from Central High School and Daniel Webster College. She lived in the Hollis Brookline area for several years and from 1985 to 2000 had been a resident of Lancaster.
Mrs. Simoneau had worked as a coding supervisor in health information management at Elliot Hospital.
She was an avid artist and had conducted community art shows in several areas
She was a devoted mother and grandmother who always gave of herself. Her family was the center of her life and her greatest joy.
She leaves her husband, Richard U. Simoneau of Manchester; four children, Rick Simoneau and his wife, Peggy, of Barnstead, NH, David Simoneau and his wife, Becky, of Milton, FL, Amy Simoneau of Deering, NH, and Jamie Simoneau of Bernardston, MA; 11 grandchildren, Sarah, Kaela, Kari, Robert, Crystal, Thomas, David J., Brett, Shania, James Christopher and Kendra; two sisters, Doris Gordon of Florida and Judith Pratte of Manchester; six brothers, Richard Loranger of Pennsylvania, Harry Loranger Jr., of Bath, NH, Robert Loranger, Mark Loranger, Pete Loranger, all of Manchester and Tom Loranger of Bedford, NH; many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by three siblings, Suzanne Loranger, Nancy Moquin, and David Loranger.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday, October 17, 2008 in St. Catherine Church, Webster St., Manchester. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
