Walter E. Michelsen

He was born in Manchester on May 24, 1949 to Walter and Ruth Michelsen.

He graduated from Hesser Business College in Manchester and worked as an Accountant with the Visiting Nurse Association in Concord, NH for 30 years. He also served in the National Guard.

Walter was a member and coordinator for the past two years for the PKD support group in Manchester, which supports kidney transplant patients. He was an avid golfer, a member of the Derryfield Country Club in Manchester and was also a member of the Elks.

He was predeceased by his wife, Paula A. (Demontigny) Michelsen in 2006.

He is survived by his fiance, Joanne Chelotti of Salisbury, MA and her children, Dena Eiserman of Salisbury, MA and Anthony Chelotti of Exeter, NH.

A cemetery committal service was held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at St. Augustin Cemetery Chapel South Beech Street, Manchester, NH. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Star of the Sea Church, 18 Beach Rd., Salisbury, MA.
