William "Bill" Dubois, a lifelong resident of Manchester ended life's journey on August 12, 2017 at the age of 93.

William was the son of Mary (Burke) and William Dubois and the brother of Mary Gleason of Goffstown and the late Donald Dubois of Reading, MA.

He spent 63 years married to the love of his life, Helen (Hallahan) Dubois, who died in 2012.

A graduate of Central High School, class of 1941, he entered the U.S. Navy, serving in the Pacific with distinction. He worked for the J.F. McElwain Corporation and the Bank of New Hampshire until his retirement.

Serving as a Eucharistic Minister as a member of St. Anthony Parish, Bill lived a life guided by a deep faith and strength that he passed on to his family. An avid golfer and bicyclist, he spent much of his retirement walking and riding along the coast of Maine with his cherished wife.

He is survived by a loving and grateful family that includes three daughters, Diane Langley and her husband, David, Maryanne O'Leary and her husband, Richard, and Christine Dubois and her partner, Ray Rose, all of Manchester; three sons, William Dubois Jr. and his wife, Nancy, of Nashua, John Dubois and his wife, Maureen, of Hampton and Joseph Dubois and his partner, Robin O'Leary, of Manchester; 20 grandchildren, Justin Langley, Jessica Couture, Katie Confessor, Stephen Laliberte, Brian O'Leary, Kevin O'Leary, Michael O'Leary, Matthew Dubois, Michael Dubois, Alison Bennett, Angela Gibney, Meghan Shea, Meryl Shea, Shaun Dubois, Ryan Dubois, Connor Dubois, Brandon Dubois, Evin Dubois, Issac Dubois and Andrew Dubois; and many great grandchildren. Bill will be dearly missed by his family.

He was surrounded by many friends at the Meetinghouse in Manchester and at the Veterans Home in Tilton where he spent his last years.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St., Manchester.
