William F. Morin, 102, of Bedford, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on November 13, 1923 in Manchester and was the son of the late William and Mary (Knorr) Morin.
William was honorably discharged from the United States Army and served during WWII. He owned Morin Construction and loved his work. He was a talented woodworker and specialized in creating custom cabinets and wooden spiral staircases. He also enjoyed spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee.
William is survived by his three children: Marion Zayac, Ruth Scrimenti, Ed Morin and his wife Susan; twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, William is predeceased by his beloved wife of 70 years: Hazel (Case) Morin; two children: James and William Morin; his two brothers: Frederick and Joseph Morin; and his four sisters: Marie Sullivan, Anna Moore, Katherine Tompkin and Helen Morin.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St. in Manchester from 10am to 12pm. A prayer service will begin in the funeral home chapel at 12pm. Burial with military honors will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bedford.
