Yolande E. Michaud

 Yolande Edna (Rondeau) Michaud, 94, died peacefully on February 1, 2025 at Villa Crest Nursing Home in Manchester, NH. 

 She was the beloved wife of her high school sweetheart Armand “Mitch” Michaud, with whom she celebrated 74 years of marriage in May. 

 In addition to her husband she is survived by her children, Anna (Bonnie Fraley) of Fort Lauderdale, Joyce (William) Rainville of Nashua and David (Paul DeFacio) of San Francisco. She is also survived by her grandson, Ben Garamella, who loved his Mim dearly; her step-grandchildren, Jenny and Tony Rainville; her biological granddaughter, Megan (Jason) Brodkey, and their children Asher and Hazel; and several nieces and nephews.

 A graduate of Manchester West High School, she was her husband’s partner in his company, Mitch Trucking, working as Office Administrator and Payroll Manager for many years. 

 She enjoyed her weekly card games and monthly trips to Foxwoods with “the girls” and working in her flower garden. In her earlier years she and her husband spent winters in Florida, where she reigned on the shuffleboard court. She also loved to travel. She played a mean game of tennis, enjoyed a good pun and was known for her homemade hermits and blueberry muffins. She was loved.

 In accordance with her wishes, there will be no calling hours and services will be private.
