She was born in Manchester on January 8th, 1917, the daughter of Herve and Sarah (Lacombe) Pepin. She was educated in the local school system.
Prior to retirement, she had been employed by H & O Dental Labs for many years. After retiring, she had volunteered much of her time at the Catholic Medical Center.
She was a longtime communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church and was a member of the parish's St. Anne Sodality.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Edmour Hebert in 1963, her second husband Robert J. Cote in 1969, and two sons, Andre R. Hebert in 1957 and Leon J. Hebert in 1965.
Family members include two sons, Raymond Cote of Bath, ME, and Paul Hebert of Andover, NH; one daughter, Denise Duclos of Rochester, NH; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Lucille Morrissette of Manchester; many nephews and nieces.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Thursday April 24, 2008 in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belmont St. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
