Yvonne (Heroux) Gagnon, 101, of Manchester died March 31, 2005 at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home after a brief illness.
Born in Providence, RI on December 8, 1903, she was the daughter of Onesime and Exilda (Bibeau) Heroux. She lived most of her life in Greenland and had also lived in Portsmouth and Lowell, MA before moving to Manchester in 1989.
While in Manchester she lived at Myrtle Manor for several years before moving to Mt. Carmel Nursing Home in the mid 1990's.
Mrs. Gagnon was a mill worker at Manchester area mills. She was married to Arthur Gagnon who died in 1961.
The family includes a son, Roger F. Gagnon of Bradenton, FL; three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Tuesday April 5, 2005 in the chapel of Mt. Carmel Nursing Home, 235 Myrtle St., Manchester. After cremation, burial was in St. Augustin Cemetery, South Beech St., Manchester.
