Yvonne Rose St. Hilaire

Yvonne Rose St. Hilaire, 94, of Manchester died Friday December 9^th with her family by her side after a period of declining health.

Born March 6, 1928 in Springvale, ME, she was the daughter of Ernest and Alice (Page) Laliberte.  She spent most of her life in Manchester.  In 1952 she married her husband Armand C. St. Hilaire and they enjoyed 56 years of marriage until his death in 2008.

Yvonne was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne and an active member of Sacred Heart Parish.  Prior to her retirement, Yvonne developed circuit boards for various companies. Her family was everything to her as she always looked forward to family gatherings , never missing a birthday or a special occasion, particularly with grandchildren. Her family will never forget her spaghetti sauce  and pickles.

Yvonne is survived by her children Denise G. Beliveau & her husband Armand, Richard G. St. Hilaire & his wife Claire, Ronald E. St. Hilaire & his wife Diana, and Marc A. St. Hilaire. Her grandchildren included Beth,Matt, Eric,Sara,Anna,Tyler and great grandchildren Nathan,Madelyn, Olivia and Sawyer and many cousins, nieces & nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband Armand, her parents Ernest & Alice, her daughter-in-law Vickie St. Hilaire, granddaughter Ashley, and her sisters Georgette Smith, Yvette Lariviere, Rita Guillemette, Simone Laliberte, and Cecile Maurice and brother Raymond Laliberte.

The family would like to extend their sincerest thanks to the residents and staff at St. Joseph’s Residence for the care they afforded Yvonne.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be Friday December 16^th from 4 to 7pm at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, December 17^th at 10am at Sacred Heart Church, 265 S. Main St., Manchester, followed by a committal service at Mount Calvary Mausoleum, Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
